Hazel is the best. Hands down. She gave me advice over Instagram messenger when I was freaking out on holiday about my nose piercing (not pierced by her!). I finally went to see her to get my ring swapped back to a stud and she was awesome. The piercing needed stretched a little bit and this was done very quickly and skilfully, and as she predicted it only took a few days to feel like the piercing was totally back to normal. 10/10, 100% recommend :) - Thank you Hazel! xx

Hazel's care and incredible knowledge was so reassuring and welcoming! She had an incredibly patient and warm manner. I am beyond grateful for her knowledge, because of this she was able to fix a mistake made by a piercer over 10 years ago, and she reopened an old piercing that I loved but didn't know I could get again!

Hazel very patiently talked me through the options that were within my budget, based on the look I wanted to create. Hazel changed the jewellery swiftly with zero discomfort, explaining everything along the way. I had my upper lobe pierced and almost felt no pain at all! Total pro. Hazel also recommended some piercers closer to home (Yorkshire) for sizing down, which was a big help. The studio itself was a very clean and calming space. I felt very comfortable and soon relaxed after a slightly stressful bus journey! Will hopefully be back again soon to continue the process.

I went for a tattoo here and Keelin gave me a tattoo. Keelin is very professional and lovely and I felt very comfortable getting a tattoo from her as I can get quite nervous on things like this. The space is a nice bright space and there is an importance on hygiene and professionalism that is important for anyone looking into getting tattoos.

Extremely clean. Nicely decorated interior. Very welcoming and relaxing. My nose piercing was done by Hazel, she made the worried me comfortable and was very clear with each stage of the piercing . I would highly recommend the Pinecone studio. I love my piercing !!!
