The best piercing experience at Pinecone, Hazel was lovely and clearly answered all my questions. The jewellery selection is gorgeous and comes in at a great range of price points. The piercing itself was quick and virtually painless.
The studio is cute and clean and I loved the carefully curated art and plants selection too!

Hazel was amazzzzziiinnnggg! I was super nervous for my nose piercing but she made me feel so comfortable, talked everything through step by step and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. She offers beautiful jewellery and the space was lovely and calm. Will definitely go again!

Accompanied my daughter to get 4 ear piercings reopened, Hazel was very skilled and took time to explain everything in detail before and during which we really appreciated. If you are at all nervous this is the place to come; the studio is absolutely beautiful and such a calm space and my daughter felt so looked after and cared for, you can see that they really have their customers comfort and piece of mind as a high priority. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back, the best piercing and tattoo studio I’ve ever visited!

Hazel is theeeeee BEST. Studio itself is super calm and inviting but Hazel absolutely does what she can to put you at ease and talk you through step by step what’s going to happen at your app and then next steps after. Really appreciate that she’s always there to help you with any questions or concerns. I accidentally knocked a fairly new piercing and Hazel super kindly managed to get me in last min this week for a look and put me right at ease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a piercing now!

This was my second piercing with Hazel and I really recommend her work! She is very experienced, kind, and professional. She keeps everything very sterile and takes the time to explain what's going on which helps keep the experience stress-free. She also provides aftercare advice and services which are much appreciated.
